Certificate issued for immigration purposes and stamped by British Vice Consulate in Messina, Italy. Document dated 10th October, 1950. Exemption from marine service.Document issued to Domenico Biviano stating that he is exempt from service in the Marine Corp for reasons of immigration to Australia.
